Brig Gen Alex OPLUPOT OPOLOT provides the strategic vision and command leadership for the National Defence College - Uganda. With over three decades of distinguished service in the UPDF, his leadership is instrumental in shaping NDC-U into a premier institution for strategic studies in Africa. He is dedicated to fostering a culture of academic excellence, critical thinking, and ethical leadership among all course participants.
Oversees curriculum development, academic quality, and research programs at the College.
Manages the strategic studies programs and coordinates with international partner institutions.
Responsible for the discipline, welfare, and professional development of all course participants.
